Honolulu boutique At Dawn will relocate from Makaloa Street to a retail space at Howard Hughes Corp.’s 317-unit Anaha tower, which opened last fall. The store, which is owned by Eriko Zuzuki, will occupy a 1,000-square-foot space in the mixed-use tower in Ward Village.
